An incredible deal is featured as the Daily Deal. The offer is only available for a limited amount of time, so hop on it so you don’t miss out!

How do I buy a Daily Deal?

Click on the “Add to Cart” button before the expiration time listed on the deal.

Do I have to get others to sign up in order for me to get the deal?

No. However, we think lots of folks will want to take advantage of these great deals, so we encourage you to let others know about these great savings. Share the deal with others via e-mail, Facebook, text and Twitter.

What happens after I buy the Daily Deal?

Your credit card will be charged at this point and you’ll receive the Today’s Deal Coupon via e-mail to print out. Your credit card will be charged immediately. Then, just take the Today’s Deal Coupon to the store or business before the expiration date to enjoy your fantastic deal!

When can I use my Daily Deal Coupon?

Your Coupon is ready to use immediately after purchase. You can use it through the expiration date.

What if I want to use just part of the Daily Deal Coupon and save the rest for later?

Sorry, unless otherwise specified by the business, you’ll have to use the deal in its entirety in one visit.

If my name is on the Deal Voucher, can the business charge my credit card?

No. The business does not have your credit card information. Only our third-party vendor who handles the transaction has access to your credit card information.

Is the transaction safe for me to use?

Yes. The transaction uses SSL and other industry standard security features to ensure that no one else has access to your credit card information.

Can I buy a Daily Deal as a gift for someone else?

Yes, but you’ll need to include the recipient’s name when filling out the form.

When I gift a Daily Deal to a friend, will they have access to my credit card information?

No. On the Daily Deal voucher there is the gifted consumer’s name and a unique 6-digit code. The payment information is secure on a site that no consumer has access to.

Can I combine the Daily Deal with other offers the business might have presented previously?

Unless otherwise specified, you can’t combine the Daily Deal with other vouchers, offers, or promotions.

What if the business does not honor the offer?

We’ve carefully selected the best offers from the finest businesses, and they have agreed to honor the Daily Deal Coupons. However, please contact us at (501) 244-4341 should you run into problems redeeming Daily Deal.

What if I miss the expiration date?

The additional discounts won’t be available; however you will still be entitled to goods and services equal to the amount you paid for the Coupon for a period of 2 years from the activation date.

For example, if you spend $25 to buy a $50 voucher to a restaurant but are unable to use it before the expiration date, you will still be entitled to $25 of food for up to 2 years from the activation date. Coupons for tickets or entry to an event expire after the event takes place.

How do I find coupons I have purchased to reprint?

Login to your Daily Deal account using the username and password you have created. Once logged in, click on the button that says “My Deals”. This will show you all deals you have purchased. Click on the appropriate blue box that you need, which will pull up your coupon and allow you to reprint.

How can I qualify for the referral refund?

For most deals, we offer a referral refund. Once you purchase, a unique URL will pop up on your screen, asking if you would like to share with friends. You may click one of the corresponding options, or simply copy/paste the URL to manually send to your friends. Three friends must purchase the same deal you did at the same price point using that exact URL. If they do not use the correct URL, they purchase the deal on their own, or do not purchase the same price point that you did, the referral refund will not occur. You will be notified via email if the referral refund occurs.

Why is the coupon showing me an amount that is more than I paid?

The coupon will show you the amount that it is worth, not what you paid. If the correct amount is showing up in your credit card bill, that is what counts!

How can I tell if I have already redeemed a deal?

If your deal is not showing “redeemed” in your “My Deals” account area and you are not sure if you’ve used it, you may contact the business directly. They should have record of those redeemed.

Where can I find information about a past deal, such as a phone number or address?

On our deal site, there is a button that says “Past Deals”. That will pull up many of our past deals (as long as they are not past expiration). You can go through the pages of past deals to find the one you’re looking for.
